NASHVILLE JAZZ WORKSHOP NONDISCRIMINATION POLICY
It is the policy of the Nashville Jazz Workshop (NJW) that all persons shall have equal employment opportunities and equal opportunities to participate in programs and activities regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, sexual orientation, religion, or handicap. Discrimination against any person in hiring, retention, or other employment or program practice on the basis of the above factors is prohibited.
TITLE VI POLICIES
Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination based on race, color or national origin in the implementation of any program or activity that receives federal funds.
Complaints: If you believe you have been the victim of discrimination, you may contact the NJW’s Title VI Coordinator to file a complaint. If you prefer, you may file a complaint directly with the Tennessee Human Rights Commission.
